Whenever you decide to work with Super Event you’ll be provided with a solid core of our staff. You will be able to take advantage of our talented kitchen staff, our waiting staff, and our technical staff by choosing our Sussex catering or marquee hire services. Everyone we employ have been trained in their specific job in order to provide you with quality service in every area. Our staff will ensure that everything is handled during your event and that all is done in a professional manner to keep you and your guests happy.
In addition to their overall behaviour and abilities, the appearance and presentation of our staff are of the utmost concern to us. We, therefore, have a strict company dress code. Our staff dress in a contemporary style, wearing a modern black apron, a black fitted T-shirt, black trousers, and black shoes. By having a designated dress code for our staff you will also be able to locate someone easily during your event if you need anything or encounter any issues. We also make sure that our staff are neat in their presentation as they represent of Super Event.
All our staff have been individually recruited based on our strict standards. We then comb through our staff members to select the best ones for your event based on their skills, experience, and past performance. On the actual day of the event, we will provide you with a whole team of skilled staff, specifically trained to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our staff is always briefed on what is expected of them in order to guarantee that everything is handled in the proper fashion from beginning to end.
Based on a wedding of 100 guests, we will set up a team of a head chef and commis chef, a food service supervisor, a deputy food service supervisor, and 10 waiting staff. If your event is larger or significantly smaller we will adjust our numbers to best fit the needs of the size of your guest list. We can also try to accommodate you with specific requests regarding the staff if you have any.
We understand that you want your special event to go off without a hitch and that you may be a bit apprehensive about staff members.
